What is CECIP?
The Continuing Education Coordinator Incentive Program (CECIP) is an MLI program designed for CE and program coordinators who are responsible for curating relevant, certified continuing education opportunities to healthcare practitioners within their organizational jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, pharmacists, case managers, social workers, and beyond.
How to be a CE Coordinator
CE Coordinator Incentive Program participants must first enroll in the program (U.S. only)
- During enrollment, you will create your unique CECIP Code
- You will provide this code and relevant MLI activities to eligible learners within your area of influence

- MLI activity announcements you can share with your learners to boost their participation
- List of all certificate earners to-date
Who can be a Learner?
A Learner is defined as a:
- Physician
- Physician Associate
- Nurse Practitioner
- Nurse
- Pharmacist
- Pharmacy Technician
- Dietitian
- Social Worker
A Learner must enter your unique CECIP Code at course enrollment for proper attribution toward total count.
CE Coordinators cannot participate as a Learner due to accreditation constraints.
What will Learners do?
1. A Learner will go to the MLI Learner Portal and enroll in a course by:
- Selecting their Participant type
- Identifying any specialty type (if applicable)
- Entering your unique CECIP Code
2. Learner must complete the following course requirements:
- Pre-assessment (if applicable)
- Course content in its entirety
- Post-assessment (min 70%)
- Evaluation
- Download certificate
How are payments issued?
When a Learner enters your CECIP Code at course enrollment and completes a single CE activity in its entirety on the MLI Learner Portal they are counted as one (1).
For every ten (10) Learners who complete the course requirements, you will receive a $50 payment. Totals never expire. Totals and payments are processed monthly.
A Learner can only complete each course once. However, a Learner who completes multiple courses in their entirety will count as one (1) for each course completed.
A Learner must complete the following course requirements in order to be counted:
- Pre-assessment (if applicable)
- Course content in its entirety
- Post-assessment (min 70%)
- Evaluation
- Download certificate
[1] If earnings meet the IRS threshold for a calendar year, each CE coordinator will receive a 1099-NEC.
